This is the documentation index for MHC NorthStar CCM, last updated July 18th, 2025.

Note: EngageCX (formerly known as Ecrion) is being replaced by MHC NorthStar CCM:

  • If you're using EngageCX version 14 (“Ruby”) or any newer release (e.g., R2025.01.1 or later), no action is required. You’ll have access to the same features and functionality under the NorthStar CCM name.
  • If you're using EngageCX version 13 (“Onyx”) or an earlier version of EngageCX or Ecrion, you’ll need to upgrade to NorthStar CCM before August 2026 to continue receiving technical support and updates.

All documentation and guides for EngageCX version 14 (“Ruby”) remain accurate and applicable to the latest version of NorthStar CCM. New features are released for NorthStar CCM every six weeks under a new versioning system, beginning with R2025.01.1 in January 2025. See the Release Notes for more details.
